Job Duties:

  • Responsible for commission & incentives, payroll, MPF, HRIS, tax, leave and attendance, benefits administration
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis
  • Review policies and procedures and recommend improvements
  • Prepare HR documents as requested
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required


  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of HR experience with focus, preferably, in payroll and HRIS (FlexSystem and IPL)
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Highly proficient in MS applications, particularly, Excel
  • Good analytical, organizing and communication skills
  • Good team player, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility
  • Always with a positive and willing-to-learn attitude
  • Immediate available is a great advantage
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
