Job Responsibilities:
Maintain the daily operation of HR & Admin

Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee retention and employee engagement

Administer monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, group insurance schemes, MPF and tax returns

Maintain and update employee personnel data

Develop and execute HR strategies to enhance the overall Human Resources effectiveness and efficiency when required;

Formulate HR policies and procedures at Group level, standardize the existing policies and practices, and implement HR best practices

Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and provide solutions for improvement

Evaluate the necessary staffing procedures and documents

Perform and implement annual or semi-annual or quarter cycles including performance evaluation, salary benchmark, bonus proposal, etc

Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in retail industry

Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

Self-motivated, independent, responsible and detail-minded

Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel (Pivot table and Vlookup)

Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
