Wheelock and Company Limited is a property group headquartered in Hong Kong, where we are principally engaged in property development.

Our major subsidiaries/associates include Wharf (Holdings) Limited (HKSE: 00004), Wharf REIC Limited (HKSE: 01997) and Wheelock Properties Limited.

Responsibilities:
Collect, track, and analyze global/designated cities’ (in particular: London, Tokyo and New York) real estate market trends and transactions, economic and demographic data, and capital markets

Assist in formulating strategies based on real estate market analysis and forecasts

Prepare financial modeling and valuation (DCF, comparable companies analysis, etc.)

Prepare financial and investment reports and draft proposals/presentations in PowerPoint

Assist in all aspects of due diligence work surrounding the property investment opportunities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Surveying (GP) or related disciplines; CFA qualification is an advantage

Prefer at least 5 years in a property analyst/ valuation role; preference given to those with direct real estate acquisition, brokerage or investment banking (capital market deals, M&A and/or restructuring transactions) experience

Knowledge of and good exposure in understanding and analyzing overseas properties is required.

Must be highly detailed, with good numeric sense and substantial experience of financial modeling, industry analysis, due diligence and deal execution in property investment feasibility studies/deals

Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint

Proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills is required
