Responsibilities :
Provide IT helpdesk support services to users on network, software and application related issues
Perform problem identification & logging, initial assessment, and escalation
Monitor, maintain, assign and close IT support tickets per the established policies and procedures
Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions
Maintain and control the inventory records of IT assets
Timely respond and handle urgent business requests/system support during normal and non-office hours with company-assigned facilities including phone and laptop

Requirements :
Diploma holders in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines; MCSE / CCNA would be an advantage
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sizeable firm
Solid experience in supporting MS Windows, O365 and Office applications and desktop hardware
Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and task management skills
Detail-minded, committed to work and able to prioritize effectively
Well organized and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Helpdesk Officer.

We offer 5-day work week, 15 days annual leave per year.
