Responsibilities:
Design and Implement IT infrastructure and Service projects;

Work with internal IT operation support team to implement and design solutions that will enhance user experience;

Work with service vendor to provide consultancy and 2nd level support service;

Provide day-to-day IT service monitor and billing service;

Documentation of IT infrastructure and service.

Requirements:
Degree or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines;

At least 5 years of working experience in administration and support of IT service;

Familiar in IT and Infrastructure service;

Familiar in networking solutions, e.g. Router, Cisco Switch, etc.;

Experience with data/voice network management;

Experience in vendor coordination;

MCSE, CCNA, ITIL certification is an advantage;

Good analytical, interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

**Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant IT Service Engineer. disciplines;
