IT Specialist
Job Description
- Understand and compliance of the company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for implementing Group and Local IT/IS strategy, management and align the strategy across the global organization.
- Implementation of SICK global IT/IS policies, standards and procedures to ensure security, high quality services and productivity.
- Proactively provide & recommend effective tools for enhanced local productivity, for example, digitized workflow, cloud computing services, ideas and realization on digitaliztion and automation, digital marketing & e-commerce, etc.
- Communicate both internal and external customers to enhance our IT & management workflow as well as operation efficiency.
- Lead & support the implementation of business applications such as CRM, SAP Global, office automation, etc.
- Manage local IT partners and IT project management to achieve our goals.
- Manage all local IT assets and IT infrastructure, provide budget planning, track utilization and related cost control measures.
- Build good relationship, cooperation and collaboration with all stakeholders (local and Group colleagues).
- Provide and organize IT/IS training. Attend IT product/system technical support and services training.
- Regular reporting on assignments and project status.
- Assist in IT product/system technical support and services to customers.
- Support adhoc tasks and projects assigned by the company.
- Assist in coordinating work with Group and SSUs for IT, IS, service and technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, computer science or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in IT, IS, digitized process within an MNC.
- CRM and SAP basic knowledge / understanding, Windows 10, O365, Video conference system, Printing. IT Infrastructure (Servers, Switch,VMware, IP phone, Backup, etc.), Information security, Java and Java script programming skills,MSSQL, Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin.
- Cross-functional cooperation, managing complexity, motivating others, pursuing efficiency, continuous communication
- Customer-centric, proactive, positive personality, good organizational skills. Honesty, high integrity and sense of responsibility.
We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate, 5 working days per week with bank holiday.
