WHAT’sINand Cheese Club are specialized in importing and distributing premium organic fruits, vegetables and premium cheese to the Hong Kong market. WHAT’sINand Cheese Clubtarget B2C channels and propose a new online shopping experience. WHAT’sIN (www.whatsin.hk) sells weekly surprise fruit/veggies boxes composed of premium and tasty fresh produce from Western Europe and Reunion Island while Cheese Club (www.cheeseclub.hk) proposes premium cheese, dairies, cold cut and other gourmet food from France, Switzerland, Italy and Spain delivered at doorstep of families and individuals.

In a context of development of their activities, WHAT’sIN and Cheese Club are looking for an IT Support & Web Developer to maintain and improve their IT ecosystems & websites.

DETAILED TASKS

IT ECOSYSTEMS

- Provide day to day quality IT support and troubleshooting to end-user on hardware / software installation and maintenance

- Ensure company’s business continuity through stable and growing IT ecosystems (Infrastructures monitoring, server administration, backup operations…) with to onboard new ERP/CMS systems

- Handle IT procurement and perform monitoring of IT equipment & licenses status

- Audit and improve usage of internal digital communication tools, in particular Office 365 tools

- Implement ad hoc projects as assigned

WEB DEVELOPMENT

- Work with Sourcing, Operation & Marketing functions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the company’s digital platforms - implement new modules and macros’ in VB (Excel), PHP, JavaScript;

- Coordinate development / enhancement, testing and implementation of responsive functionalities on company websites in collaboration with service providers and with consideration for user experience (UX/UI), CMS backends, business goals and overall conversion;

- Proactively communicate with directors and stakeholders on status of web development projects

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Valid Hong Kong working visa & available immediately

- Strong & hands-on development skills in WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, Office 365 and responsive web;

- Familiar with Hosting (AWS or Kinsta) / SEO / Google Analytics are a plus

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent / or 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Concrete business acumen, result-oriented, technical and communication skills

- Honest, dynamic, multitask, details oriented, well organized, willing to learn and committed to the job

- Work independently and report to Directors

- Proficient in English – Cantonese, French and Putonghua are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
