What this job involves:

Working as part of a global team of IT trainers, you will contribute to designing and delivering learning experiences for both virtual and classroom environments in an efficient, professional, and engaging manner. The role requires strong attention to detail for administrative responsibilities, with a focus on continuously improving team processes and training materials.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create, revise, facilitate webinar, classroom, and on-the-job trainings.

  • Facilitate technology induction training to all new employees in APAC.

  • Develop training materials such as facilitator guides, presentations, quick reference guides, etc. to support the delivery of training courses.

  • Engage with various stakeholders, such as HR and IT support, to identify training needs.

  • Perform maintenance on existing training materials to ensure they are up to date.

  • Contribute to team effort by sharing expertise and participating in various technology projects.

  • Maintain quality service by adhering to organisational standards.

Skills and abilities:

  • Excellent presentation, verbal communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to explain technical terms plainly.

  • Comfortable speaking and leading discussion in a group setting.

  • Strong project and time management skills.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with others and establish strong working relationships throughout the organisation.

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with virtual instructor-led training tools (WebEx preferred).

  • Working knowledge of learning management systems (preferably Academy).

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technology.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability edit own and other’s work.

  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and goals.

  • Experience developing eLearning materials using Camtasia or Adobe Captivate.

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Technology training, preferably in a multinational company environment (previous legal experience is a distinct advantage).

  • Experience working with a Legal DMS (previous iManage training experience is a distinct advantage).

  • Good understanding and experience of using standard business document templates.

  • Willing to learn constantly and work proactively.

  • Willing to occasionally travel on an ad-hoc basis within APAC.

Nice to have:

  • MS Office certified
