Role and responsibilities

We are currently looking for interested teachers in preparation for the hiring of school year 2023-24.

Teacher will be expected to support a wide range of teaching and non-teaching responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be a Native English Speaker
• Experience in teaching primary schools are preferred
• Pass in Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC)
• Bachelor degree or above

Job Duties:

• The NETs have to base on EDB guideline to conduct P1-P6 lessons plan
• The NETs need to cooperate with school teacher with reading and writing training (each NET need to conduct 28 sessions per week)
• The NETs need to do marking for school works and exam papers
• Chat with student during break or lunch time
• Responsible for English events on Wednesday irregularly
• To train English Ambassador
• To assist group and implementing school based English activities
• To help to improve the interest of our students in learning English
• To actively communicate with students and teachers throughout the school to build a rich English environment
• To attend school activities / events during holiday / Saturdays (15 times per school year)
• To be Primary 1, 2, 3 Headteacher
• To provide supply teacher when NETs take any leaves
