Description

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible to provide 2nd and 3rd level support to users in a friendly and helpful manner. Furthermore, you will keep the IT manager and helpdesk aware of the status of current and outstanding tasks, escalating when tasks take longer than expected. You will promptly update job status in ticketing and activity tracking systems. Next to that, you will perform upgrade / maintenance / support jobs during non-office hours. Also, it is your job to conduct daily morning checks on meeting room facilities. Subsequently, you will be in charge of handling equipment deliveries and rack mount IT equipment occasionally. Additionally, you will also perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related
  • Min 3 years’ experience in a technology support role
  • Trade floor or financial IT service experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
