  • 5.5 days work + guarantee bonus
  • monthly salary up to $60,000


  • Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies for the office leasing portfolio in Xiamen, China
  • To handle and manage all leasing and tenancy matters including leasing enquiries, tenancy administration, tenancy commercial terms negotiation, preparation of leasing documents, client and tenant liaison, etc
  • To conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and competitor activity
  • To develop and maintain positive tenant relationships
  • To coordinate with Estate Management Office in relation to all building and tenant related matters

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in leasing and property management in Xiamen, Shanghai China
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
  • Must have experience in China Hotels and leasing apartments
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Monthly salary up to $60,000 + guarantee bonus + discretionary bonus
