Since the year of 2010, number of outlets under our management is rapidly growing with new, fresh, unique & professional brands, including Gyu-Kaku (牛角日本燒肉專門店), Gyu-Kaku Buffet (牛角Buffet), Gyu-Kaku Jinan-Bou (牛角次男坊) and On-Yasai (溫野菜), Mou Mou Club (牛涮鍋), Mou Mou Motto (牛涮鍋もっと), Peace Cuisine (和平飯店), Wing Wah ALLDAY (永華日常)and HAP Taiwanese Hotpot (好呷台灣火鍋).

Jobs Responsibilities:
Able to handle all leasing and tenancy matters, correspondence but no limited to new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, and tenancy administration of the company portfolio
Conduct market research/analysis/valuation to source and acquire suitable site for business development
Assist in takeover and handover with property management companies, maintain good relationship with Landlord, management office, tenant, agents, internal departments and external parties etc
Prepare regular report and maintain the tenancy system
Handle enquiries and complaints
Liaison with insurance agents and brokers for new/renewal of insurance policy, claims handling, follow up with relevant parties in a timely manner
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments assigned

Job Requirements:
Degree Holder in Real Estate/Property/Business Administration/Surveying or related disciples
At least 2 years relevant working experiences in retail & residential leasing and/or property management, preferably gained from property developer/agent
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
A team-player with pleasant personality, good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
