Handle customer enquiries/complaints regarding their loan application
Provide quality customer service
Conduct outbound call to introduce and promote credit card/ personal loan
Achieve the assigned sale target

Requirements:
HKCEE/ HKDSE graduated or above
Knowledgeable in personal loan and credit card loan products
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
Proactive with good communication skill
