Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day logistics operations and workflows
  • Maintain inventory records accurate and prepare monthly inventory reports
  • Lead a small team on warehousing to manage daily warehouse operation
  • Monitor cost effectiveness and efficiency in regard to delivery cost and storage cost
  • Provide support to sales, customer services department to ensure timely delivery and assist in price quotation
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • 3 years of solid work experience
  • Work experience in managing warehouse is a plus
  • Proficient in MS office and good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
  • Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and able to work and able to work independently
  • More experience will be considered as Logistics Supervisor
