Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Deputy Executive Director (Corporate Services)
  • to formulate, implement and review the policies and strategies for the human resources and administration functions, including the enhancement and implementation of relevant operational systems, manuals and guidelines;
  • to conduct pay review for the Executive Office, including supporting the relevant steering group, communication with consultant, collating relevant data, preparing reports and papers, coordination of staff consultation and overseeing implementation of final recommendations;
  • to oversee the human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management, staff development and other related matters;
  • to monitor office administration and support, including insurance, procurement, store and facilities management; and
  • to provide administrative and secretariat support to the Board and its committees, including preparation of meeting papers and minutes.

Entry Requirements:

  • A recognised university degree with a minimum of 8 years’ post-degree relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years should be at managerial level;
  • relevant working experience with NGOs or public bodies is desirable;
  • good interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills;
  • proactive, tactful, dynamic, result-oriented and able to work under pressure; and
  • good command of English and Chinese with excellent report writing skill.
