Job content

  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures and assist in building the team culture
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, give advice for C&B as well as training and development
  • Organise and coordinate on/off-boarding arrangement and events such as team building and networking event
  • Manage travel, hotel booking for the staff, and maintain good relationship with service provider
  • Serve as the contact person in Hong Kong for all operational related tasks with HQ in Shanghai
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
  • Both HR and Administrative experience in commercial industry is preferred
  • Out-going personality and interested in start-ups will be a great advantage
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
