Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries & order processing
  • Handle delivery arrangement and schedule
  • Manage inventory-levels to prevent shortages
  • Handle overseas purchase ordering and shipping

Requirements:

  • DSE / F.7 or above
  • At least 8 years operation experience
  • Problem-solving, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, responsible and willing to work under pressure
  • Able to communicate with all levels and work independently
  • Strong skills in computer application like vlookup / pivot table
  • Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, Basic English & Mandarin
  • Animal lover
  • Dynamic, positive attitude and aptitude
