WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

Coordinate and support the tasks for improving the work quality of insurance operation support team through standardization and execution governance of user testing and health/quality check processes

Roles and Responsibilities:

Insurance operation support standardization and governance

  • Provide support to senior management on the planning of department initiatives including allocating resources, identifying potential risks and setting up expected deliverables
  • Coordinate & facilitate of health checks review process for identify improvement opportunities, as well as establishment & implementation of regular review mechanism
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to strengthen the incident management platform for incidents recording & tracking, and facilitating incidents analysis for identification of preventive and/or improvement measures
  • Collaborate with OBS colleagues and work with IT department to establish an UAT testing guidebook for the entire team to follow with the objective of standardization, effective execution, and quality improvement
  • Monitor overseas operation service team’s work efficiency and quality, may include on-site business visit
  • Ensure the project team’s operations are compliant with company guidelines and regulatory requirements, obtains relevant license if job involves in regulated activities
  • Organize and monitor periodic audit on need basis

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University degree holder (preferably in insurance, computer science and business fields) with minimum 5 years of working experience in insurance companies
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to motivate, coach, drive project progress.
  • Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, able to contribute simpler and faster solutions and always puts customer at the center of decision making and day-to-day operation
  • Proactively provides simpler, faster, more connected and agility solutions with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
