About the Company

Gourmet Dining Group (GDG) is committed to providing quality dining experience with great food, top-notch ambience and attentive hospitality. The group owns two MICHELIN starred restaurants: Arbor (Two Stars) combines seasonal Japanese produce and refined Nordic sensibilities to create innovative Nordic-Japanese cuisine, while ÉPURE (One Star) channels seasonal ingredients from France into elegant, contemporary French cuisine. Ami and Wood Ear are the group’s latest project, presenting an elevated “fine bistronomie" experience, where guests can enjoy great food with a fine dining touch as well as rare whiskies in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The group also introduced the legendary DALLOYAU brand from Paris to Hong Kong, running five retail shops and restaurants in the city’s most premium locations.

職位要求:
中五程度或以上

具一年或以上法式糕餅 / 烘焙製作工場或酒店餅房工作經驗

經驗較少而積極好學者亦會被考慮錄取

積極主動,對工作有熱誠,具自發性、富責任感及團隊合作精神
