We are seeking an experienced and professional Personal Assistant and Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support to our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and will provide support on a range of administrative tasks

Managing the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring it is well-organized and efficient
Coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and conferences for the team and clients
Maintaining the office calendar and scheduling appointments for management and staff
Managing the director’s correspondence, both internal and external, and ensuring that all communication is appropriately handled
Handling all incoming and outgoing calls and directing them appropriately
Maintain the filing systems and database

5+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with office management software (MS Office)
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative when required
