About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate / Physical Identity and Access Management - APAC Representative.

In This Role, You Will
  • Participate in planning and executing Physical Identity and Access Management processes and procedures within the APAC Region.
  • Implement process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and as it relates to physical access, specifically with the use of the Alert Guarding platform.
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners to address and mitigate physical access issues as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • General IT knowledge to include financial banking systems
  • Working to guidelines for audit controls and procedures
  • Working closely with on-site Corporate Security teams with day to day Building Access questions/issues
  • Working closely with local Business operations teams with day to day Building Access questions/issues
  • Assisting end users with queries on Building Access as they arise and to see through to resolution
  • Working on Guardian request for Printing and distribution of Building Access cards across APAC region
  • Action of assigned Service Now requests to resolve within set SLA
  • Attending team meetings when required
  • Working on any projects that arise in the region
