DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT

Post-doctoral Research Fellow (PR0509/21-22)

The appointee is expected to work on research projects related to decision-making and social behaviors. The appointee will conduct independent scholarly research, supervise Research Assistants and graduate students, draft research proposals and manuscripts, and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
  • A PhD degree in psychology, brain imaging, management (OB), neuroscience, or other related areas;
  • Research experience in EEG/fMRI, big data, and experimental psychology will be an advantage;
  • Priority will be given to applicants with an outstanding record of publications in the field of social neuroscience, organisational behavior, and social psychology;
  • A good command of spoken and written English, and be able to communicate in either Cantonese or Mandarin; and
  • Hardworking, responsible, fast learning and detail-oriented.
Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
