  • Assist and cooperate with Project Manager on property development projects
  • Provide full cycle support of project management including project administration, submissions, reviewing of tenders and design works
  • Responsible for full-spectrum support in overall monitoring and project management from conceptual stage to construction stage, ensuring project completion within satisfactory quality, cost & time
  • Liaise and collaborate with external consultants and contractors to achieve development objectives with particular emphasis in architectural works
  • Providing technical assistance to ensure architectural elements are designed, specified, and built to achieve the required standards of aesthetics, materials, coordination and workmanship
  • Reviewing consultants’ designs and contractors’ submissions to ensure compliance with architectural principles and the required standards
  • Reviewing technical proposals and site works to ensure that the required quality and safety standards are maintained
  • Monitoring progress of the works, maintaining comprehensive records and preparing thorough progress reports


  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in architectural firms or developers
  • Registered Architect with HKIA/ RIBA
  • Good at design management and full-spectrum project execution
  • Experience in developing and managing residential or hotels projects is preferred; Experience in managing projects from inception to completion including handover is preferred
  • Self-driven, independent, problem solving with good interpersonal skill.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
