Project Assistant (Learning & Teaching Projects) (PR0386/21-22)
The appointee will be required to:
Provide administrative support to the Faculty’s learning and teaching projects and experiential learning activities;
Coordinate and manage the development and enhancement of the online system to facilitate student learning experience;
Assist in data collection and analysis for the preparation of proposals and reports;
Liaise and coordinate with students, internal and external units/parties;
Organise and help formulate strategies for the promotion of project-related activities, such as experience sharing seminars;
Provide secretarial support to committees and working groups;
Support programme publicity, digital marketing and campaigns in social media; and
Perform any other duties as assigned.
A recognised bachelor’s degree with relevant experience;
A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Strong analytical, communication, organisational and teamwork skills;
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis;
Experience in project and database management is preferred; and
Knowledge of graphic design, digital marketing or video editing will be an advantage.
The Faculty may appoint candidates to positions different from what they have applied for to suit its operational needs.
Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for appointment as Senior Project Assistant. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Reference salary range: HK$15,000 - HK$25,000 per month
The appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract up to one year, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2023. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
