Role & Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for shop layout plan, renovation/ refurbishment/ reinstatement project
- Provide 2D and 3D layout including floor plan & elevations, construction details including drawing & materials specifications for renovation and improvement projects
- Preparation of construction drawings and project schedule
- Handle shop repair & maintenance issues; and fitting-out works with related parties
Requirements:
- High Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related disciplines
- At least 2-year relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, Auto CAD, 3D studio Max
- Responsible, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and conversional level of English and Mandarin
