Requirements:

Degree in Building Studies/Construction/Engineering or above
3 years of experience or above in relevant field
Solid experience in overseeing high quality office fit-out contracting projects, overall project planning
Knowledge of interior design drawings & project management software
Good Spoken & written English and Mandarin

Job Description:

Responsible for managing various types of new, re-stack fit-out and reinstatement projects within the approved time frame and budget for the group in Hong Kong, China and overseas
Track, develop and report the ongoing progress, ensure quality and safety standards are met
Manage performance of all contractors, and suppliers
Coordinate with clients and project team for the project follow-up / E&M vendors
Manage Project Profit & Loss and valuation of variation and claim
Willing to work overtime and under pressure
