Yee Hop Engineering Co., Ltd. is a local expanding contractor in Hong Kong since 1989, undertaking various types of Foundation, ELS, Site Formation, Trenchless Micro-tunneling and Building Construction, with challenging constraints. We are now looking for competent candidates to join our teams.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;

Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in large-scale foundation, civil or building projects;

Professional membership of HKIS or RICS is highly preferred;

Contract administration, VO/Claims and subletting experience;

Government Contracts experience would also be a benefit;

Well organized, self-initiative and able to work under pressure;

Strong leadership and good negotiation skills;

Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel;

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
