About Our Client

An international trading and distribution group engaging in branded furniture and home furnishings.

Requirements

University graduate in Supply Chain, Procurement or equivalent

2 years or above experience in purchasing or merchandising duties

Previous experience in dealing with overseas suppliers is required

Self-motivated, attention to details, energetic and good team player

Proficient in communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin

Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Assist Purchasing Manager on follow up purchasing order and delivery schedules

Coordinate with overseas suppliers on price negotiation and logistics arrangement

Responsible for preparing purchase order and monthly purchasing & costing report

Perform inventory control and maintain the efficient database & stock record
