Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth applied study on ley ingredients and process for product optimization and shorten product development time
  • Development of new pipelines projects (ingredients, products and process) to speed up product innovation and introduce to market
  • Perform analysis on physical, chemical and biological as well as sensory areas
  • Provide technical support and assist in problem solving to related department and affiliates

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Food Science/ Food Chemistry/ Biotechnology Food Engineering/ Food Technology/ Chemistry
  • With 3 year working experience preferably on food research & development work
  • Strong in food science / food chemistry and able to interpret scientific research papers
  • Good analytical and critical reasoning skills and aptitude for solving problems
  • Initiate and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Occasional travel may be needed
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
