Job Description

  • Oversee the operation of restaurant team to ensure service standard, food quality, customer satisfaction, staff productivity, hygiene and work safety in order to sustain the competitiveness of the restaurant
  • Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets and operation efficiency


  • Min. 8 years relevant experience in F&B industry, with at least 3 years in the similar capacity
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication & management skill
  • Energetic, detail minded, proactive and well organised
