Wa are looking for a Sales Manager – Direct Channels to support our business growth:
Responsibilities:
- Increase sales of Adrien Gagnon products through existing and new direct channels.
- Strengthen customer base by exploring new customers, maintain good and long term relationship, and identify growth opportunities by understanding the customer needs.
- Drive sales and management of direct sales team to achieve KPI targets as set by the management.
- Provide regular analytics on traffic and conversion rates, make recommendations to drive higher sales and conversion profitability.
- Lead and coach the sales team include promoters, develop and manage commission scheme.
- Coordinate with other teams for sales events and promotion activities.
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ of sales management development experience in FMCG/ Healthcare, with at least 2 years in supervisory level in selling to direct channels such as institutions, trade shows, exhibitions, etc.
- Result-oriented with strong business acumen and business connection with healthcare/ FMCG market.
- Good analytical and creative thinking.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; aggressive and able to generate initiatives.
- Candidates with less qualification and experience will be considered for the post of Assistant manager. Competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the right candidate.
