Our client is a leading insurance company in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Business Analyst with good knowledge in business analysis and experience in Digital / GI for teams project.

  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
  • Work closely with stakeholders needs and strategies
  • Utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings
  • Managing customer and supplier relationships
  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business process analysis and design at a complex level
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
  • Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation
  • University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, e-Commerce, IT or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-year of business analysis experience
  • Proven track record in specifying user requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing and Implementation Verification Tests
  • Knowledge / working experience on JIRA and other tools
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with being organized, structured, assertive are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
