WHY are we looking for this position?

Ztore HK Limited, as an e-commerce retailer with O2O service, aims to provide a reliable and convenient self-pick-up service to our customers, as well as a valuable partnership with a diversity of local stores and e-lockers. As part of the Sales and Account Development Team, you will be responsible to seek new sales opportunities, understand and satisfy our partners’ needs, goals and challenges in a mutually beneficial way as well as leveraging partners’ feedback to improve our offerings. In a broader view of a strategic development of our O2O service, you will assist our strategic acquisition planning and the evaluation process.


HOW will you perform in the position?

  • You will be an account service manager, keeping close online and offline communication with assigned accounts of diversified natures in order to build a trustful partnership.
  • You will be key account service manager, work with our strategic accounts to develop their online strategy and operations to maximize their earnings.
  • You will be a sales manager, reaching and pitching potential partners proactively, aim to land them as our business partners.
  • You will be a project owner, acquisition planning and coordinating resources to create value for our new or on-going partners and company.
  • You will be the market monitors, well alert to the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, etc. and providing research results to improve our partners’ experience with us.
  • You will be a data-analyst, interpreting and analyzing data and transform to insights for management decision making.
WHAT duties will you be responsible for?

  • Approach potential leads via telephone, email, face to face and turning them into our business partner
  • Meet the targets on O2O partner’s acquisition
  • Provide daily online support to the partners for relationship maintenance
  • Perform offline visits to the O2O pick-up points for relationship building
  • Develop and implement acquisition plans for business growth
  • Identify opportunities for value-added campaigns with existing partners, and coordinate with internal teams to make it happen
  • Understand the issues and pain points facing of our partners, researching and executing scalable solutions
  • Feedback to internal teams on partners’ experience and performance for strategic enhancements.
  • Analyse the performance of partners, and provide insights to improve the partnerships

  • At least 2 years of working experience in e-commerce/B2B experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related would-be a plus
  • Passionate in developing career in ecommerce/retail/startup industry
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the partners needs
