LOJEL is looking for a snappy, crafty, and sage copywriter to join its global team as the prose-personification of the LOJEL brand. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to join a budding international team and use your linguistic prowess as a wordsmith to affect meaningful change through global campaigns with touchpoints stretching the breadth of modern marketing. You’ll leverage your intricate, nuanced, and nourished knowledge of marketing communications best practices to elevate the brand experience for LOJEL’s audience.

With bigger and bolder content strategies planned for 2022, you’ll be challenged to meet the demands of a brand delving deeper into sustainability, wellness, and everyday lifestyle than they ever have before; while still paying homage to their deeply-rooted legacy in travel.   • Serve as the voice of the LOJEL brand globally
  • Become an expert on LOJEL’s audience and use your comm skills to speak their language
  • Own copy and communication deliverables across product, brand, web, social, search, display, editorial, email, press, event, corporate, and all other advertising touchpoints
  • Leverage UX and platform-specific copywriting best practices to optimize content performance
  • Partner with brand team to execute global campaigns, product launches, value-adding content initiatives, and more
  • Research industries, topics, and subjects that matter to LOJEL’s audience to evolve LOJEL’s content and communications strategy
  • Use data and emerging trends to drive creative decision making and identify opportunities for improvement across all LOJEL channels

  • Native Fluency in English
  • Intricate knowledge of American English – with superior written communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Creative Writing, Marketing, Literature, English, or equivalent – but if you think your writing is amazing, apply anyway
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (in-house, agency, or as a contributing marketing team member)
  • Ability to work in-house in an office environment
  • Proven track record of leveraging research and data to direct creative process and decision making
