Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good customers relationships and perform high quality customer service;
  • Handle clients enquiries in a professional manner;
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties;
  • Prepare reports as requested;
  • Perform form any ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors
  • Shift Duty is required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to deal with different kinds of clients with good manner
  • Aggressive, result-oriented with good analytical sense, pleasant telephone manner
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior position
