Job content


  • Official and campaign website maintenance
    • Communicate with HQ web office, agency and other internal departments, to develop and implement activities and contents based on product launch schedule and sales objectives
    • Support e-commerce business initiative, develop online ordering platform for new models, work closely with ZF to set up online prospecting and sales platforms
    • Analyze the website traffic and statistics (for MB and competitors) in order to identify business opportunities for sales conversion
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising Campaigns
    • Assist in developing digital advertising campaign and adopting segment-targeting and budget optimization strategies with CRM tool such as Salesforce to improve digital campaign efficiency
    • Preparing media and creative agency brief and monitor the placement
    • Collect and adapt HQ marketing assets, perform quality control to ensure published content is locally relevant and in line with brand CI
    • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance -
  • Social Media Content Strategy
    • Formulate social media strategy and develop content calendar in accordance to business needs and marketing direction
    • Develop creative content, identify social influencer to drive brand awareness and exposure
    • Community management and handling of enquiries and feedback on social media. Monitor response time and identify potential risk to brand.
    • Keep track and evaluate content performance, anticipate social vulnerability.
  • Budget Control
    • Plan, control and monitor the budget for website maintenance and media communication
  • Oversee digital analytics to set KPI, track success and refine strategy for website, SEO, SEM, social media activity. Formulate content strategies with product launch plan, customer experience and sales conversion optimization in mind
  • Regular monitor content and touchpoint performance by analyzing quantitative traffic and user behavioral metrics, as well as qualitative feedback from social media, retailer and end customers, to provide insights and directions to marketing team for improvement on communication.


  • University graduate with major in Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field of marketing/media/ advertising/CRM.
  • Digital/eCommerce related business background will be an advantage.
  • Automotive or luxury brand and/or agency background will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on operating experience or some degree of knowledge in Adobe AEM, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Campaign Manager 360, Facebook Ads Manager, social media marketing tool e.g. Hootsuite and CRM system e.g Salesforce
  • Creativity, detailed-minded, pro-activeness, teamwork and strong project management skills required;
  • Good communication with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Passion in automobiles
