The Job:
  • Provide level 2 technical support for ITS business
  • Coach and uplift ITS skills and knowledge of engineers
  • Monitor and check quality of service delivery on ITS services
  • Stay well-informed of proactive monitoring of IT services and cloud back up services
The Person:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information technology, computer science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of IT related experience
  • Solid experience in Server deployment, upgrade and migration in Email, AD Domain, VM etc
  • Knowledge in infrastructure, cloud platform, HCI, VDI is an advantage
  • Certificate in CCNP/ NCAP/AWS is an advantage
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist
