Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for coordinating, planning, executing and managing IT related projects and tasks in the Company and DSFH Group IT.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to teammates.
  • Coordinate with software vendors to ensure the quality of their service and products.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the system stability of company’s websites, supervise the implementation process and maintenance.
  • Ensure proper connectivity between company’s websites and core system.
  • Exercise code quality controls and reviews on company’s websites, change requests and new projects.
  • Participate in analysis of business problems and provide technical advices to business users.
  • Evaluate system workflow and procedures, and recommend solutions from time to time to business users.
  • Coordinate user support, training and knowledge transfer with teammates.
  • Work closely with teammates to assess and evaluate budget planning on IT regular expenses, vendors and new projects to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper system architecture setup according to the Group IT requirement.
  • Ensure company’s systems complied with Group IT standards, security controls, and guidelines.
  • Provide and coordinate technical support with Group IT maintenance tasks.
Incumbent Requirements:
  • University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in Insurance IT and project management.
  • Relevant experience in General Insurance application system.
  • Good Analytical, problem solving and organizing skills.
  • Good leader and team player, strong writing and communication skills.
