The Job

  • Be the subject expert in compensation & benefits and provide strategic advisory services to the management.

  • Review, analyze and make recommendation to line managers on different compensation & benefits programs such as salary review, incentive and bonus scheme.

  • Conduct market survey and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of the company’s compensation & benefits framework.

  • Analyze and consolidate wide range of HR data and prepare reports for management review.

  • Handle staff enquiries in the area of compensations, benefits and payroll; and provide professional HR solutions.

  • Provide support to Committee meetings.

  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required.



  • The Person

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines.

  • Minimum of 12 years of HR experience gained from sizable companies, and/or C&B consultants with solid experience in leading a C&B team.

  • Experience gained from Real Estate / Property Management / NGO would be an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations.

  • Meticulous, mature, independent and with strong sense of responsibility.

  • Pro-active attitude with strong interpersonal and organizing skills.

  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
