About This Role…

The incumbent will act as strategic HR business partner to provide HR support to the Corporate & Functional Departments on a global basis and be responsible for providing day to day consultation on employee life cycle events including talent acquisition, internal transfer and relocation, performance management, talent review, employee relations, annual salary review as well as employee on and off boarding processes. Manage and co-ordinate Group HR projects / initiatives and be the key contact person with the project team.

B e a wide-ranged HR professional Provide all-rounded HR operations & administrative support e.g., on & off-boarding administration, employee movement, annual merit & bonus review, and performance management activities etc.

Master of HR project management Support the execution of HR projects and initiatives including but are not limited to talent review, recruitment, employee engagement and process improvement

Administer management reports Compile HR analytic reports for management review

Participate in HR related ad hoc projects as assigned

You might be a good fit if you have …

Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Administration will be an advantage

Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in multi-national environment

Proficient in MS application especially Excel and HRIS. Knowledge on Workday would be an added advantage

Interest to work in a dynamic culture; organized and able to provide alternative solutions

Eager to learn with curiosity and the proactiveness to go the extra miles

Strong analytical skill with high sense of accountability and able to work independently with can-do attitude

Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
