The Job:

  • Assess the training needs, design and deliver various training activities to meet the people development and business needs
  • Identify and analyze staff training needs and recommend training solutions

  • Coordinate with subject matter experts for the technical training
  • Develop, maintain and monitor the e-learning programmes
  • Drive and provide full supports to various graduate engineer / apprentice / CIC training schemes
  • Source and liaise with external consultants to see how to best meet the training needs of the Company

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in learning and development and solid experience in developing new programmes and delivering soft skills programs
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, meticulous and creative
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in video editing, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience on on-line training development and maintenance is an added advantage
