OVERVIEW
Our client is a fast-growing foreign bank. They are looking for candidates to join as a Senior Officer - Structured Finance - Corporate Banking (Korean Speaking).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparing Credit Proposal/Credit Application for HO’s approval, review credit evaluation with risk mitigations on business / industry / financial / security analysis etc. in relation to Korean related transaction(s).
  • Facilitate and support Business Promotion staff(s) in successfully completing the transactions by independently undertaking risk management and/or administrative work (for example, CDD and KYC) in Bank’s policy and Procedure as assistant.
  • As only one staff who can speak Korean Language well, strongly expected to keep researching Korean economywell and keep abreast with market trend and business opportunities in Korea.
  • Establish and develop market contacts and partnership for businesses selected by Korean parties and develop strategies for enhancing our partnership with the existing and new clientele base for Korean business and Asset Finance.
  • Perform and handle any additional/ad hoc tasks and assignments designated by the Department Head/Senior Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Holding a bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or discipline from a leading university.
  • Relevant work experience in bank(s) covering corporate finance for 2 years or more.
  • Basic understanding of financial document(s) for structured and/or syndicated loan.
  • Solid interpersonal, presentation and communication skill.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken Native Korean language and English.
