To cope with our rapid expansion, we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of our winning team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and handle the daily operation of designated clinics
  • Coach and develop a frontline team for operation efficiency
  • Prepare monthly rosters for clinic healthcare assistants and assist in preparing monthly performance report
  • Coordinate with third parties for programs implemented in medical clinic, including prepare documents for government and hospital admission application
  • Assist to implement clinic programs including system enhancement and on-site vaccination
  • Conduct regular on-site visits and provide training to frontline staff for sure the quality customer service and efficient execution of standard operating procedures
  • Support ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 1-2 years administrative experience, operations experience in monitoring medical centers is an advantage
  • Good people management with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
  • Proactive, responsible and with a sense of ownership
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
