Senior Reservations Associate / Reservations Associate

(5-days work week)

Job Duties:
Provide accurate and updated reservations records

Handle incoming phone calls and guests’ inquiries for room reservations

Input and update guests’ information in the reservations system

Provide administrative support in preparing reports and filings

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate holder of Tourism / Hospitality Management

Attentive to details and well-organized

Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

Fresh graduated would be welcomed
