Our client is reputable manufacturer, constantly making breakthroughs in life sciences & the health-care industry. Their international presence covers multiple countries & operates with a pool of multi-national projects to sustain growth and revenue. To capitalize their expansion in HK, they are seeking to recruit a Field Service Engineer.
Job Description
- Preform corrective and preventive maintenance, installation, validation, and service repairmen on designated devices manufactured internally
- Work closely with a team of technicians/ engineers to sustain on site operations and obtain maximum customer satisfaction
- Execute validation & regulatory duties on in house products in accordance with the design, customers requirements and the reliability during product release stage
- Liaise with internal project stakeholders for the process of product development
- Degree in Engineering, Electronics & Information Engineering or any other Engineering disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of experiences to field servicing/ on site work, preferably all of which is obtained from a technological/ manufacturing firm
- Candidates with clinical diagnostics equipment/ medical device background is preferred
- Candidate should be out-going with great interpersonal skills in order to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- A hard working individual and able to provide assistance at a moment of notice
