Responsibilities

  • To carry out all Soft Toys engineering support in production from product development and debug to meeting the product specifications and aesthetic requirements
  • To work with vendors and buyers on the product design to hit the target cost
  • To assist sourcing, MOQ and cost negotiation on new materials
  • To provide technical support and debug as required
  • To provide support to the internal group on any production and qualities assurance issues
  • To monitor the schedule and on-site support from development start to production and inspection
  • To provide manufacturing support as needed after Production Start
  • To perform ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Soft Toys manufacturing or related industries
  • With knowledge in Soft Toys industry standards for different countries
  • Able to work from concept drawing / production specification through development until production
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and meet the tight deadline
  • 5.5 day workweek
  • Travel to PRC required
