As our rapid growth of business, we are seeking for the right candidate to join us:

SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

  • Place PO in a timely manner, as required by the forecast and production schedules.
  • Monitor the full Procure-to-Pay process and maintain business integrity and ethics by adhering to company’s code of conduct
  • Maintain ERP system and update purchasing data accordingly
  • Liaise with Project Managers and assist with the optimization of the ERP systemaccording to internal business needs
  • Develop a good relationship with suppliers and monitor market trend closely
  • Keep track of suppliers’ delivery performance – inform manager and prepare analytic reporting if any significant issues occur.
  • Support ad-hoc projects when required.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in purchasing / supply chain management
  • Knowledge in electronics sourcing is a must – connections with IC manufacturers
  • and distributors have a big plus
  • IT-literate and possess hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, ABAS preferred.
  • Experience in material planning will also be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English as well as Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
