Top Pine Technology Limited has been established in 2001. We provide professional consultation services and tailor-made IT supports to our customers. Our service coverage includes web hosting, web pages design, software development, system and networking integration, and system support. We are now looking for high calibre IT professionals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide helpdesk support and technical services
  • Perform daily Server / LAN operation and maintenance job
  • Assist in enhance and trobleshoot LAN / WAN infrastructure
  • Perform IT tasks such as network and server administration and support, system checking, backup and report generation
  • Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure
  • Outdoor work is required occasionally
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above
  • 2 -3 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
  • Experience relevant working experience in IT industry in Microsoft platform (Windows Server, Windows Exchange Server)
  • Experience in Web Server and Firwall preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Outlook is a MUST
  • Experience in network security such Firewall setting, VPN, Intruder Detection, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spamming, etc
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions is an advantage
  • Knowledge with Linux will be added advantage
  • Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with end users
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese
  • Immediately available preferred
