Responsibilities:

  • Experience in F&B industry is a must;
  • Identify company training needs, formulate and develop training strategies and implement plans for all frontline staff;
  • Manage training budget, course development, training need analysis and program review
  • Design rundown, prepare training hand-outs, materials, tools and samples before training classes;
  • Deliver customer service, selling skills and supervisory training to front-line staff;
  • Execute field work in shops to evaluate front-line staff’s performance;
  • Conduct Train The Trainer sessions and provide coaching and development when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in training and development especially in F&B industry;
  • Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player;
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operation Training Manager
