Eu Yan Sang (HK) Ltd is now looking for a high caliber candidate in the following position:

What you’ll be doing?

Develop and implement training & development strategy for the company to support the company’s business plan

Design, develop, implement and execute training programmes, especially for frontline staff based on needs analysis

Lead the hiring process for frontline staff

Partner with the retail team to build effective learning and communication channels between frontline and office

Select and liaise with external training sources on program management

Analyse, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by conducting field coaching and store visits

Control and monitor the training budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Who are we looking for?

Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

8 years of solid training experience in the retail industry

Min. 4 years in the HR field

Service-oriented with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

You will have an advantage if you are/ have

Experienced in retail training

Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Advanced level in MS Office applications
